Information the association collects
The website collects only the information a visitor chooses to submit: name, organisation, email address, the nature of the enquiry and the message itself. Membership applications additionally collect the organisational details and supporting documents provided on the application form.
How the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to the enquiry, to assess a membership application and to maintain a record of correspondence with the association. It is not sold, rented or used for unrelated purposes.
Disclosure
Information may be shared with the office of the association responsible for the subject of the enquiry, and, where an introduction is requested, with the relevant zone authority. No information is disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention and security
Records are retained for as long as required to administer membership and correspondence, and are stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded documents are held in restricted storage available only to authorised administrators.
Your rights
A person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information the association holds about them by writing to info@saseza.org. Requests are acknowledged and actioned within a reasonable period.
